The Testament of the Queen of Pop Madonna

Well beyond the mere celebration of the 40 years of last longing career on stage.

But, why do we still talk about her 40 years after her debut?

Being on the scene since the 1980s, the queen of pop has revolutionized the way of making pop music and being an icon.

Born in a small city in Michigan, she lost her mother when she was just 5. This event influenced her and pushed her to arrive where she is now. Still a teenager, she decided to move to New York and follow her dream - once, becoming a famous dancer-. Since then, no one stopped her and determined to become one of the most influential women in the world, Madonna is now the icon of pop still admired by millions of people and seen as a model by the young generation of singers.

One year ago, Madonna announced her return to the scene with a tour that celebrated her career and all that she has created until now: the Celebration Tour.

It is about traveling through the 80s, 90s and the beginning of the 21st century singing her songs and admiring her most famous outfits. Although she is a woman in her 60s and a mother of grown-up children, she does not want to stop confirming she is the queen of pop music.

The tour should have started in America this summer, but she had serious health problems. Therefore, the whole world stood still wondering if they could see Madonna on stage. Now, one can confirm that with her first shows in London and Belgium, the Queen is back on track.

After four nights at the O2 Arena, people left her concerts speechless after two and a half hours of pure music. Although she has lost her moves as a dancer -perhaps because of her age and health problems- she got to entertain her audience with her hits and speeches. Now, you just have to wait and discover what else she is going to do to provoke, amaze and create one of the greatest shows ever seen.

Therefore, one may say that this is not a farewell from Madonna, but it is just a proclamation of herself and her story.
